I am a trilingual analyst fluent in Italian, English, and Albanian, with over 10 years of experience managing data, reporting, and operational processes within EU-funded social programs. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in handling complex datasets related to FSE, FER, and FAMI projects, including budget tracking, compliance reporting, and stakeholder documentation. Currently, I am transitioning into Data & Business Intelligence analysis, gaining hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization techniques.
