## About Me

I am an Information Technology Technician with a background in configuration and support for communication networks and operating systems, currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering. I have experience providing operational and technical support in institutional environments, focusing on data accuracy, process compliance, and service continuity. My work includes performing administrative and technical duties such as drafting meeting minutes and reports, managing documents, and assisting users directly.

I have provided technical support to internal staff by performing help desk duties to resolve IT incidents, prioritizing operational continuity and compliance with established protocols. I apply my knowledge as an IT technician to the preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and technological equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and availability for critical areas.

I have participated in managing technological equipment inventories and collaborated in institutional communication initiatives, including information campaigns for social networks. I demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset, consistently adhering to internal procedures, confidentiality standards, and operational best practices.

My technical skills include installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems (Windows and basic Linux), diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues, and support for peripherals, network printers, and institutional devices. I have basic knowledge of networking and connectivity (LAN), user management, access rights, data backups, and system monitoring using tools such as CMD, PowerShell, and basic Bash.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional ethics, with certifications including Programming Essentials in Python, Linux Essentials, Cybersecurity Essentials, and multiple Cisco Networking Academy courses. I am fluent in Spanish (native) and have a B2 level in English.
