My responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient information using AxiUm software, and assisting callers through active listening and problem-solving. I am adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume call environment while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Previously, I served as a Juvenile Correctional Officer at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, where I supervised youth in a secure facility, maintained safety and compliance, and collaborated with treatment teams to support behavioral improvements. This role strengthened my ability to manage challenging situations and maintain detailed documentation.
