## About Me

Soy un profesional panameño con experiencia en tecnología, redes y atención al cliente. Actualmente me estoy especializando en ciberseguridad, con una base sólida en soporte técnico, auditoría de inventarios y servicios de hospitalidad.

He trabajado en funciones de inventario y auditoría tecnológica, donde he desarrollado habilidades para recopilar datos, verificar información física y comparar registros para detectar discrepancias. También he colaborado con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la precisión de los reportes y el cumplimiento de procesos.

En el área de redes y telecomunicaciones, he realizado diagnóstico y mantenimiento preventivo, actualización de firmware y configuración de parámetros de red. Además, he brindado atención directa a usuarios finales y he dado seguimiento a incidencias técnicas bajo estándares de servicio.

También tengo experiencia en bartending y servicio al cliente en eventos y establecimientos de alto volumen. He preparado cócteles, gestionado inventarios de bebidas, atendido pedidos y manejado pagos, siempre cuidando la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de normas internas y sanitarias.

Mi formación académica incluye estudios en Ingeniería Informática y un Técnico Superior en Ciberseguridad, además de capacitación específica en bartending y diversos certificados relacionados con seguridad, redes y gestión de riesgos.

Me considero una persona versátil, orientada al detalle y capaz de adaptarme a entornos técnicos y de atención al público. Busco seguir creciendo profesionalmente en áreas de soporte, ciberseguridad, redes o servicios operativos donde pueda aportar eficiencia, responsabilidad y buen trato al cliente.
