## About Me

I am a finance and compliance professional with more than 5 years of experience across financial markets, client relations, and regulatory compliance. My background combines commercial work with a strong focus on ensuring that operations, communications, and client-facing materials meet regulatory standards.

I have worked extensively with financial instruments, client support, market analysis, and helped deliver financial education that improves understanding and engagement. I have also led and mentored multilingual teams, coordinated with internal departments, and acted as a bridge between business, marketing, senior management, and partner brokers. This has helped me strengthen both operational efficiency and service quality.

My experience includes account management, compliance oversight, financial reporting, and internal process improvement. I have handled audits, onboarding reviews, policy updates, and risk mitigation activities to support ethical and accurate business practices.

Earlier in my career, I gained experience in financial operations, payroll support, accounts payable and receivable, KPI tracking, and event organization. These roles helped me build a broad foundation in administration, coordination, and analytical work.

I hold a BA (Honours) in Business Management (Finance) from Westminster University in London, and I am certified as a Securities Specialist by CNPF. I am fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian, with intermediate French, and I am based in Chișinău, Moldova. I posses EU citizenship.
