## About Me

I am a team leader with over 10 years of experience in retail, sales, and team management, primarily at IKEA Ibérica. I have built my career around operational excellence, customer experience, and achieving business goals in fast-paced environments.

In my current role at the IKEA Plan & Order Point in Granollers, I manage the operational and commercial performance of a 15-person multidisciplinary team. I focus on leading people, monitoring objectives, and adapting the team to new business strategies and organizational changes.

Previously, I worked for several years as a sales co-worker at IKEA Ibérica, where I gained broad experience across sales and service areas. My responsibilities included personalized customer service, order tracking, issue resolution, sales management, and coordination with other departments.

I also have administrative experience from roles at Unikas Consulting SL and APPLUS+ Norcontrol, where I supported document management, invoicing, customer service, and operational scheduling. This background has strengthened my organizational and process-management skills.

I am known for being analytical, organized, and results-oriented. I have a people-centered leadership style and have achieved team engagement levels of up to 90% in internal workplace climate surveys by aligning team development with business objectives.

I am comfortable working in environments of change and growth, and I enjoy improving processes, supporting employee development, and contributing to strong customer experiences. I am available full time and can start immediately.
