## About Me

I am a Customer Success professional with experience in strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, SaaS adoption, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. I have worked in complex B2B environments where I supported enterprise customers, helped drive user adoption, and built trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

I bring an engineering and analytical background from a top U.S. university, which helps me approach customer challenges with structure, rigor, and a problem-solving mindset. I am comfortable working across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to coordinate priorities and translate complex issues into actionable solutions.

In my recent roles, I have monitored project progress, analyzed operational and customer data, identified bottlenecks, and supported data-driven decision-making. I have also delivered training sessions and user enablement programs to help customers become more autonomous and realize more value from the platform.

I have experience managing global partnerships, mentoring students, and contributing to international initiatives across multiple regions. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to adapt in demanding environments.

I also enjoy working on data analysis, digital strategy, and AI product-building projects. Through hackathons and project-based work, I have designed and delivered tools such as conversational agents, analytics dashboards, and workflow solutions.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Business and have a strong interest in customer success, operations, and technology-driven business growth. I value customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation, and I aim to combine analytical thinking with empathy and execution.
