## About Me

I am a dedicated educator with extensive experience supporting student learning in diverse classroom settings. I have worked as a substitute teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools, where I prepared lessons, planned daily instruction, and delivered content in ways that matched students’ ability levels and prior knowledge.

I focus on creating inclusive learning environments. In my teaching, I differentiate lessons based on students’ learning abilities, special needs, and cultural backgrounds so that every learner can participate and succeed.

My background includes hands-on classroom experience from teacher internships, where I managed classroom behavior, redirected students who were off task, and integrated technology into instruction. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University, along with prior studies in Elementary Education and an Associate of Art in Teacher Education.
