## About Me

I am an EPMO Lead and Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience across fintech, banking, payments, and financial services delivery. My career has been built on combining strong governance, delivery discipline, and client engagement to support complex enterprise environments.

I have designed and operated enterprise PMO functions, including outsourced vendor governance across multiple Tier-1 financial institutions. My work has focused on portfolio governance, programme delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring consistent execution across concurrent initiatives.

A major part of my background is payments and financial services operations. I have deep experience in domestic and international payments, foreign exchange, SWIFT, treasury, cross-border remittance, KYC, EDD, AML, FICA compliance, and financial crime governance.

I am proud of delivering 25 consecutive Programme Increments at 100% completion over 8 years with zero missed commitments. I have also led major achievements such as automating supplier payment processing, supporting cloud migration, and delivering enterprise API integrations on schedule.

My experience spans both frontline banking and senior delivery leadership, which gives me a practical understanding of operational realities as well as strategic programme oversight. I have worked across Standard Bank, 4-Sure Technology, and my own consulting practice, Strategy Elephant PTY Ltd.

I am currently available immediately and open to contract or permanent opportunities. I am based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and open to remote, UAE/Dubai, UK, and international relocation opportunities.
