My background includes financial planning, budget management, cost control, cash flow administration, strategic purchasing, supplier negotiation, and resource optimization. I have consistently worked to strengthen organizational structures focused on sustainable growth.

Throughout my career, I have led administrative and financial transformation processes by implementing management models, OKRs, performance indicators, and efficiency plans that improved profitability and supported data-driven decision-making.
