## About Me

I am an IT Governance & Operations leader with more than 18 years of experience driving IT governance, ITSM, service delivery, infrastructure, SRE, and FinOps in high-growth environments. I have built a career around scaling technology organizations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and aligning technology operations with business growth.

I have extensive experience implementing governance frameworks based on ITIL, COBIT, and ServiceNow. My work has focused on improving operational performance, strengthening governance, increasing service reliability, and optimizing technology investments at scale.

In my recent roles, I led IT governance and operations functions for technology companies serving large corporate clients. I managed large budgets, delivered significant cost savings through FinOps and license optimization, and improved key operational metrics such as incident resolution time, SLA compliance, and end-user satisfaction.

I have also built and led teams across IT governance, FinOps, service desk, automation, infrastructure, SRE, and information security. My leadership style is hands-on and results-oriented, with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, and measurable business impact.

My background includes implementing ServiceNow processes, supporting ISO 27001 readiness, developing executive dashboards, and leading cloud and infrastructure optimization initiatives across AWS and Azure. I have also contributed to security governance, vulnerability remediation, and compliance improvements.

I am a Portuguese native speaker and also speak English and Spanish. My academic background includes an MBA in IT Governance and a degree in Information Systems, supported by certifications in Azure fundamentals, COBIT, and IT service management.
