## About Me

I am a bilingual professional with native Spanish and advanced English (C1) proficiency, and I have built my career around customer-facing, HR, and sales-focused roles. I work remotely from Mexico and am highly comfortable supporting U.S.-based teams, clients, and candidates across different time zones.

I have more than 3 years of experience conducting bilingual interviews, screening candidates, and supporting talent retention efforts. In my HR-related work, I have helped maintain strong candidate retention rates and coordinated scheduling for U.S. positions with third-party clients.
