## About Me

I am a communication-focused professional with a background in UX/UI design, sales management, and visual merchandising. I combine empathy, clear communication, and structured execution to support teams and customers effectively.

I have experience creating and validating early UX concepts, refining interface consistency, and improving user experience through design adjustments. My work has included design systems, design sprints, and user testing to generate actionable insights and deliver practical solutions.

I have also worked in social media and performance marketing, where I helped improve qualified traffic and ad performance through campaign creation and optimization. In addition, I have contributed to website conversion improvements by refining structure, copy, CTA placement, and trust cues.

My background includes visual merchandising, where I developed POS and spatial concepts, window campaigns, and visual guidelines. I have overseen multiple stores, handled concept development, and coordinated local teams, which strengthened my organizational and leadership skills.

I am interested in networking, cloud infrastructure, and automation technologies, and I hold an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification in AI foundations. I enjoy working across functions and bringing together creativity, organization, and people-oriented thinking.

I am currently based in Berlin and speak English and German. I am looking for opportunities where I can combine communication, structure, and cross-functional collaboration in a sales, UX, or operations-oriented role.
