## About Me

I am a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, recruitment, and brand promotion. I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and customer support skills through hands-on roles in fast-paced environments.

I am currently working as a Recruitment Specialist at Foundever, where I manage recruitment activities, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring processes. This role has strengthened my ability to assess candidates and support hiring operations effectively.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel for 15 months, where I provided customer support and resolved customer concerns. I also served as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix for 5 months, handling customer inquiries and delivering quality service.

In addition, I worked as a Brand Ambassador at 2K15 Manpower Agency for 3 years, promoting products and engaging with customers to increase brand awareness. This experience helped me build confidence in customer interaction and promotional work.

I am currently studying at Saint Louis University and continue to develop my professional skills while gaining practical experience. I am eager to contribute to a dynamic organization where I can apply my communication, teamwork, and customer service strengths.
