I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with practical experience in account management, client coordination, billing, and operations management. I have worked on enterprise client portfolios, including handling the NMDC account, where I supported smooth coordination between internal teams and the client.

I have experience managing workforce deployment, attendance tracking, manpower documentation, invoice verification, billing follow-ups, and payment coordination. My work has focused on maintaining efficient operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting timely revenue collection.

I also bring experience as a Product Specialist in the IT sector, where I delivered product demonstrations, provided technical guidance, supported client onboarding, and assisted with issue resolution.
