I am a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with experience in face-to-face customer service and retail sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In my recent role as a Sales Clerk in retail operations, I supported customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable product solutions. I also handled inquiries, addressed concerns, and helped maintain a positive shopping experience.
