## About Me

I am an Atlassian-focused consultant with more than 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies, IT Service Management, business analysis, and process optimization. I specialize in the administration, configuration, and governance of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management across both Cloud and Data Center environments.

I have a strong track record of designing advanced workflows, implementing automation rules, and managing stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable solutions for cross-functional teams. My work often centers on improving operational efficiency, strengthening collaboration, and supporting enterprise-level service management practices.

I also bring hands-on experience with AI-driven collaboration and knowledge management tools, including Atlassian Rovo. I am currently pursuing ACP-120 and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications to further validate my technical and IT service governance expertise.

In my recent role as an Atlassian Analyst at Gruppo Euris, I configure, administer, and maintain Atlassian environments tailored for Agile and ITSM teams. I also support system integrations, application upgrades, and high-level technical support while promoting best practices for workflow governance.

Previously, I worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at Avvale, where I developed KPI dashboards and analytical reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Spotfire.
