## About Me

I am a university student in Political Science and International Relations, and I bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to every task I take on. I am comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and staying focused on specific goals.

I have experience in customer-facing roles, including sales assistance and ticket issuing, where I handled daily customer relations, cash desk operations, and payment transactions. In these roles, I learned the importance of accuracy, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

I also worked as an Italian language tutor for foreign students, supporting them through informal one-on-one lessons. In that role, I explained Italian grammar and language fundamentals, led conversation and vocabulary exercises, and adapted my approach to each learner’s needs.

My background also includes editorial work for a school newspaper, where I contributed articles on culture and current affairs. I was involved in planning issues, meeting deadlines, proofreading, and editing text to suit the target audience.

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Messina. My academic path has strengthened my research, analysis, and information synthesis abilities, and it has deepened my interest in public affairs and institutional communication.
