## About Me

I am a Technical Program Coordinator with over 5 years of experience in software project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and conference management. I have coordinated and delivered more than 42 software projects while ensuring requirement validation, issue resolution, and smooth client handovers.

I specialize in organizing cross-functional work across clients, stakeholders, developers, speakers, and management teams. My background includes managing more than 26 conferences and educational programs, where I handled technical operations, ERP updates, speaker data, and participant coordination.

I am experienced in Agile and Scrum workflows, project planning, status reporting, and RAID log maintenance. I focus on keeping projects on track by monitoring progress, tracking risks and dependencies, and supporting timely delivery through structured communication and follow-up.

My technical experience includes front-end customization, static interface development, QA validation, issue reporting, and working with Bitbucket and Git-based workflows. I have also contributed to websites, mobile applications, ERP systems, and conference platforms, combining coordination skills with hands-on technical support.

I have worked in both remote and onsite environments, including telecom support and freelance technical leadership. In these roles, I supported teams, resolved customer and system issues, and helped deliver projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Benha University. My academic and project experience includes machine learning, system analysis, and a graduation project focused on diagnosing peripheral nerve disease using machine learning and deep learning.
