## About Me

I am an operations and customer experience professional with more than 4 years of combined experience across fine dining, IT support, and military logistics. My background has helped me build a strong foundation in service excellence, team coordination, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

I have led front-of-house teams in a Michelin-starred restaurant, where precision, guest satisfaction, and consistency were essential every day. In these roles, I focused on mentoring junior staff, improving shift efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination between the floor, kitchen, and management teams.

My experience also includes military maintenance work, where I supported vehicle readiness through routine and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. This strengthened my ability to work methodically, follow safety standards, and lead team members effectively under demanding conditions.

Earlier in my career, I gained customer-facing experience in casual dining and developed strong communication skills through direct guest interaction. I also completed an IT Analyst internship at Deloitte Singapore, where I supported desktop troubleshooting, hardware handling, and internal IT operations.

I hold a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic, which gives me a blend of operational understanding and technical literacy. This combination allows me to adapt quickly, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement.
