## About Me

I am a Brazilian Senior Product Designer with more than 10 years of experience shaping digital products and design strategy for B2B and B2C businesses. My work has focused heavily on fintech, SaaS, banking, ERP, payments, and operational platforms, where I combine strategy with hands-on delivery.

I have worked both as an in-house designer and as a consultant on short- and long-term engagements for startups, scale-ups, consultancies, and large organizations. Over the years, I have contributed to projects across 6+ countries, 20+ industries, and 70+ clients and brands, helping products that impacted more than 1 million users.

My experience covers the full design process, including discovery, user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, accessibility, handoff, and close collaboration with engineering. I am especially comfortable working on complex products with business rules, financial workflows, legacy systems, integrations, multiple user profiles, and operational processes.

Most recently, I led product design work at BHub, Stark Bank, and Meiuca, where I improved financial reconciliation flows, banking experiences, and mobile app journeys. I have also worked on billing, onboarding, investment, streaming, and corporate product experiences, consistently focusing on clarity, efficiency, and measurable user impact.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Toptal, XP Inc., Claro, Accenture, and Dept Agency, contributing to projects for major brands such as Itaú, Santander, Caixa, Microsoft, Xbox, and others. These roles strengthened my ability to work across different markets, product types, and design challenges.

I bring strong capabilities in product strategy, UX/UI, research, design systems, accessibility, and stakeholder collaboration. I value thoughtful design that balances business goals, technical constraints, and user needs, and I enjoy working in cross-functional environments where design can drive real product outcomes.

Senior Product Designer @ BHub  Oct 2024 - Oct 2025 Led the design of a smart automation flow for financial reconciliation using AI, cutting average reconciliation time from 4h30 to 20 minutes. Improved document request, payment reminders, file organization flows, and invoice search, mapping cross-team journeys to reduce risks and improve efficiency.

Product Designer Specialist @ Stark Bank  Apr 2024 - Oct 2024 Improved login/auth flows to meet security requirements and MFA standards. Redesigned web banking payments and corporate card experiences, and supported the corporate website aligned with the new brand.
