## About Me

I am a bilingual Italian/English professional with experience in customer care, e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and consultative sales. I work comfortably in dynamic environments where clear communication, accuracy, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

I have handled customers, complaints, payments, orders, stock, and documentation across roles that required strong attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure. My background includes customer support, front office management, warehouse supervision, and inside sales.

I bring experience in e-commerce back office operations, inventory coordination, and workflow management, with a practical understanding of traceability, operational priorities, and quality control. I am also familiar with CRM, help desk, and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Salesforce.

In sales-focused roles, I have worked with B2C customers, needs qualification, objection handling, follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling. I am comfortable supporting contract activation, retention-oriented conversations, and target-driven commercial activities.
