## About Me

I am a software engineer with 5 years of experience building modern and efficient interfaces, and I am now transitioning into IT Support / Help Desk. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with debugging, log analysis, and clearly explaining technical issues, which makes this move a natural next step for me.

I have strong experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, VTEX (Faststore and IO), jQuery, SASS, and Go. I have also worked in legacy environments and on backend tasks, which has given me a broad technical foundation and the ability to adapt quickly to different systems and workflows.

In my previous roles, I contributed to projects from concept through final implementation, as well as to the continuous maintenance and evolution of existing products. I focus on clean code, best practices, performance, and usability in everything I build.

I have worked in e-commerce environments across multiple stacks, including VTEX IO, VTEX Faststore, and Vue.js-based solutions. These experiences strengthened my ability to solve technical challenges, integrate APIs, and deliver reliable solutions in high-demand settings.

I also value teamwork and communication. I have had opportunities to mentor junior developers and support the technical growth of my team, which helped me develop a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.

I am based in Brazil and speak Portuguese natively, with professional English proficiency. I am looking for an opportunity where I can use my technical background to support users directly, troubleshoot issues effectively, and contribute to a responsive IT support environment.
