CRM / Lifecycle Manager @ B2C IT product (startup)  Feb 2025 - Present Own lifecycle marketing end to end across email, push, in-app, and conversational flows. Build behavior-, stage-, and LTV-based segments, run personalized campaigns, design A/B tests, and measure retention and revenue impact using Customer.io, GA4 server-side, and PostHog.

Co-owner & Director of Marketing / Development @ Multi-concept restaurant group  Jan 2023 - 2026 Launched digital products from scratch including websites and an own delivery service.
