## About Me

I am an English teacher who enjoys helping students grow, gain confidence, and reach their language-learning goals. I like creating personalized lessons and adapting my teaching style to individual students or groups of different ages and levels.

I also have experience in human resources and recruitment, where I have created job offers, reviewed psychometric, Excel, and English tests, filtered candidates, scheduled and conducted interviews, and shared results with hiring managers and applicants.

In customer service and technical support roles, I have helped customers by chat, email, and phone to find the right security system or item for their needs, troubleshoot issues, and support system updates. I am comfortable working in high-volume environments with multiple channels at the same time.

I have also contributed to knowledge base creation and updates, and I have mentored agents to help them improve performance and meet operational goals. I enjoy supporting teams and helping processes run more smoothly.

My background combines teaching, recruitment, customer support, and administrative coordination, which has helped me develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

I am motivated by learning, service, and helping others succeed, whether that means guiding students, supporting customers, or finding the right candidate for a role.
