## About Me

I am an experienced trainer, project coordinator, and implementation specialist with 15 years of experience in software deployment, customer support, and process optimization.

I have built and delivered bilingual training programs in English and Spanish, both virtually and in person, for customers with moderate to high complexity needs. My work has focused on helping users adopt new systems successfully, understand workflows, and become confident operating independently.

I am strongest in customer onboarding, implementation support, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. I enjoy working with internal teams and external partners to improve processes, reduce friction, and create a better customer experience.

Throughout my career, I have managed multiple engagements at once, balanced priorities, and supported Go-Live readiness by tracking milestones and addressing adoption risks early. I am comfortable troubleshooting issues, validating workflows, and providing post-launch support when needed.

I also have experience supporting SMB financial workflows, including accounts payable and payroll, and I have worked closely with accounting, HR, and payroll users to improve their use of software systems.
