## About Me

I am a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in internal IT projects, CRM implementation, and business process automation.

I have managed 4–6 concurrent projects at a time and coordinated two development teams of around 8 people as the sole PM. My work has focused on improving internal operations, aligning stakeholders, and delivering practical automation that saves time and reduces manual effort.

In my recent role, I worked closely with 10 C-level executives and department heads across 11 business units. I helped migrate core workflows to Bitrix24, integrate CRM with 1C, and automate lead distribution and reporting processes.

I am especially proud of the measurable impact of my work: reducing request processing time by 50%, cutting reporting workload by 90%, and turning lead assignment from minutes into seconds. I also helped stabilize an AI-powered email processing system handling about 300 inbound requests per day.

I enjoy building structure where processes are fragmented, and I like creating systems that are easier for teams to use and scale. I also developed internal training materials, including video tutorials and articles, to support onboarding and adoption of new tools.

I am comfortable working in remote environments and collaborating across technical and business teams. I am looking for opportunities where I can continue growing in project management, CRM, and internal automation initiatives.
