I am a young, motivated, and hardworking professional who takes pride in helping a company grow and become more efficient.

My background includes customer service, call center support, banking, retail, and team leadership. I have experience handling customer calls, scheduling, transactions, and day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments.

I was promoted to manager shortly after being hired, which reflects my ability to perform well, take initiative, and earn trust quickly. In that role, I handled interviews, payroll, scheduling, and team meetings.

I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and keeping operations organized. I am comfortable communicating with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and efficient manner.

I am authorized to work in the United States and I am open to opportunities where I can continue building my skills and contributing to a team.
