I am a Human Resources professional with experience in employee administration, recruitment, training, and labor relations support.

I have worked on key HR processes such as ART management, medical leave follow-up, payroll support, employee records, and internal documentation control.

My background also includes recruitment and selection, candidate database creation, training program design, performance evaluations, and workplace climate assessment.

I am currently studying Public Accounting and have completed a Technical Degree in Human Resources, which strengthens my analytical and administrative profile.
