## About Me

I am a results-driven customer success and account management professional with extensive experience in building strong client relationships and improving retention, onboarding, and expansion outcomes.

I have led customer success efforts in remote environments, serving as the main point of contact for clients across onboarding, campaign execution, and offboarding. My work has focused on transparent communication, performance reviews, and strategic reporting to support measurable growth.

I am experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, SDRs, copywriters, and account managers to refine campaign strategy, improve client satisfaction, and strengthen account performance.

In addition to customer success, I have a strong background in account management, project coordination, and operational follow-through, including CRM usage, payment tracking, and upselling initiatives.

Earlier in my career, I spent many years in education as an English teacher and language center coordinator, where I developed curriculum, created academic content, managed budgets, and led educational projects.
