I am a customer support professional with more than 3 years of experience in fintech, where I have focused on customer service, KYC/KYB verification, identity verification, and complaint resolution.

I have worked in high-volume environments and handled customer inquiries across email, live chat, and phone support, always aiming to provide accurate and timely solutions.

A key part of my background is compliance-oriented support. I have performed customer due diligence tasks, reviewed documents, supported video identification, and escalated irregular activity in line with AML and internal procedures.

I am also comfortable providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting customer issues, while coordinating with development or other internal teams when a case requires deeper investigation.
