## About Me

I am a customer support, community manager and full stack developer with hands-on experience in ticket support, event coordination, member engagement, and community growth.

I have worked in fast-paced crypto and tech communities where I helped maintain safe, organized, and welcoming spaces for users. My responsibilities have included moderation, bot management, threat mitigation, issue resolution, and direct communication with community members.

I enjoy building strong relationships with users and translating their feedback into practical improvements. I have also supported founders and internal teams by handling community tools, processes, and user-facing concerns.

Alongside community work, I have a background in software engineering and full stack development, which helps me understand technical issues and communicate clearly with both users and technical teams.

I am comfortable working across Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms, and I value proactive support, structured communication, and continuous improvement.
