## About Me

I am a results-driven recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, administrative support, and account management professional with more than 10 years of experience. I have built a career around talent acquisition, revenue growth, client acquisition, and solving customer problems in fast-paced environments.

I have experience sourcing and placing sales talent, reducing time-to-hire, and building strong recruiting pipelines. I am comfortable working with hiring managers, candidates, and clients to create efficient and successful hiring outcomes.

My background also includes business development and sales leadership, where I have generated new business, negotiated contracts, and maintained long-term client relationships. I have worked across merchant services, hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare, which has strengthened my adaptability and communication skills.

In addition to recruiting and sales, I have hands-on experience in customer service, data entry, scheduling, and administrative coordination. I am detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

I have also owned and operated an entertainment booking business, where I managed artist relationships, venue partnerships, marketing, and event coordination. This experience helped me develop strong negotiation, relationship-building, and operational skills.
