I currently work as a Senior Manager and Tax and Reporting Strategy Leader at PwC Kosovo, where I lead accounting and tax compliance engagements and review deliverables for clients. My background includes preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS, supporting local GAAP compliance, and producing financial and managerial reports. I have strong experience in interpreting local tax legislation, representing clients before tax authorities, and maintaining relationships with both existing and prospective clients. I also have hands-on experience in team leadership, staff development, and coordinating data migration projects to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Earlier in my career at Deloitte Kosovo, I worked on accounting entries, tax declarations, due diligence, tax health checks, and client communication across multiple industries.
