I am an IT and project management professional with experience delivering software, data, engineering, and ERP-related initiatives in customer-facing environments.

I have led project implementation, SLA coordination, and team management while supporting operational, security, and supplier workflows.

My background includes managing cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating technical and business teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
