At MBBank, I owned compliance product coverage across the end-to-end payments value chain for a top-4 Vietnam bank, helping improve internal compliance-tool adoption by 30% through backlog reprioritization and phased rollouts. I have also led internal platform delivery, Agile operating-model improvements, KPI governance, and vendor management in telecom and banking environments, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
