## About Me

I am a third-year IT student at MEF Faculty in Belgrade with hands-on experience in customer support and a background in sales and client advising.

I enjoy working with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find practical solutions. My experience in customer service has strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

I have worked in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where reliability and consistency mattered every day. I am comfortable handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email, and I know how to stay calm and professional while resolving issues.

Alongside my work experience, I am building a strong technical foundation through my IT studies. I am interested in technology, digital systems, and continuous learning, and I adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

I am especially passionate about travel and new cultures, which makes roles in travel support and trip planning a natural fit for me. I enjoy helping others create memorable experiences and bringing a positive, service-oriented mindset to every interaction.

I am looking for an opportunity where I can combine client communication, problem-solving, and my enthusiasm for travel in a role that allows me to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully.
