I am a SHRM-certified Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience aligning HR strategy with business goals to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

I have supported organizations across manufacturing, ingredients, and technology environments, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.

My background includes building and improving onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement programs that reduce time to hire, lower turnover, and strengthen manager effectiveness.

Provide weekly recruiting updates and metrics to executive leadership. Human Resources Business Partner @ KERRY INGREDIENTS AND FLAVOURS  Jul 2022 - Dec 2024 Supported HR functions for 146 on-site employees and advised site leadership on recruiting, staffing, compensation, pay planning, merit calibrations, and employee relations.
