I am an e-commerce operations and fulfillment leader with hands-on manufacturing experience and a strong focus on marketplace growth, process improvement, and customer experience.

I founded and scaled Seed in a Cup® from the ground up, building a multi-channel operation that reached $180K+ in under three years while maintaining strong customer ratings and marketplace compliance.

My background combines supply chain execution, manufacturing leadership, and digital marketplace strategy across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

I have extensive experience managing fulfillment workflows, quality assurance, SKU operations, and SLA compliance, with a consistent emphasis on reducing defects and improving operational efficiency.
