I am a versatile and adaptable professional with experience across nutrition, customer service, retail operations, visual merchandising, and yoga instruction.

I have built my career around helping people, supporting teams, and contributing to environments that value health, education, and customer experience.

My background in nutrition includes formal education in nutrition and postgraduate studies in clinical and functional nutrition, which strengthened my ability to work with wellness-focused contexts.

I also have experience in quality inspection, sales, and store support, where I developed strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.

In addition, I have worked as a yoga teacher, including in-person and online classes, and I have contributed to teacher training by teaching physiology and nutrition.

I am fluent in English and a native Portuguese speaker, and I am open to new opportunities where I can continue learning and add value through dedication, empathy, and professionalism.
