## About Me

I am an advanced Systems Engineering student, close to completing my degree as a Systems Analyst, with hands-on experience in IT technical support, user administration, and infrastructure project coordination.

I have participated in a Hardware Refresh project involving 163 notebooks over 3 months at Rizobacter, where I supported configuration, formatting, operating system installation, and corporate software deployment across the fleet.

I am comfortable working in remote environments and I have strong experience handling incidents and tickets, supporting end users, and maintaining clear communication throughout equipment migration and support processes.

I have worked with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, GLPI, Windows, Linux, and virtualization tools, and I use automation and generative AI tools to improve productivity and documentation.

In parallel, I have developed my own independent technical services practice, providing hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, operating system installation, and network setup for private clients and small businesses.

I am also experienced in Excel-based automation, customer communication, and practical problem solving, and I am looking for opportunities where I can continue growing in IT support and infrastructure roles.
