I have worked extensively across order handling, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and service quality, with a strong focus on keeping data accurate and processes reliable. My background includes supporting B2B customers, managing recurring schedules, and resolving operational issues in fast-paced environments. I also bring practical experience with mobile-system UAT, structured reporting, and workflow analysis. I enjoy translating real operational needs into clear requirements, testing solutions, and improving how teams work day to day. In recent years, I have expanded my technical skills through Excel, Tableau exposure, and a completed university Python program. I am also the creator of FuelBook Fleet, a published application that combines role-based administration, analytics, quality controls, warnings, and exports. This project reflects my interest in building practical tools that solve real operational problems.
