Professional summaryI am a psychology graduate with master's-level graduate coursework through Harvard Extension School and more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, education, coaching, leadership, and human behavior analysis.

I have built and operated businesses in hospitality, education, coaching, and creative services, where I managed operations, hiring, training, customer relations, budgeting, scheduling, and business development.

My background includes extensive teaching and mentoring experience, including tutoring psychology, statistics, algebra, geometry, English, literature, research methods, and critical thinking for more than 13 years.

I have also coached individuals and groups in climbing and snowboarding, helping people improve skill development, teamwork, resilience, confidence, and overall performance. Finally I have led teams of myralists as we painted huge walls and homes. Now i create visual information aids and help people strategise their lives when they meet a hiccup in the flow of life.

My strengths include research methods, statistics, SPSS, Excel, Python, data analysis, critical reasoning, patience, curiosity, care, communication, problem solving, and evaluating complex information.

I am especially interested in roles where I can combine analytical thinking, people development, and operational leadership to help individuals and organizations achieve measurable growth and better outcomes.
