I have worked in roles that required strong communication, empathy, persuasion, and consistency, especially in high-volume customer-facing environments.

My background includes number portability, lead generation, appointment setting, customer retention, and closing sales across different service sectors.

I am also experienced in administrative support, inventory handling, social media promotion, and using CRM and office tools to stay organized and productive.

Currently, I am seeking a remote opportunity where I can contribute in customer service, sales, support, or administration while continuing to grow professionally.
