My background is centered on the operational backbone of regulated insurance: bordereaux, underwriting operations, international programmes, data quality, SLA governance, and cross-border compliance. I have worked extensively in roles that required me to translate business needs into data and system specifications, perform gap analysis, coordinate UAT, and act as a bridge between business teams and IT. I have strong hands-on experience in multi-jurisdictional insurance environments, including Solvency II, sanctions screening, and country-specific compliance requirements. I am comfortable working with complex stakeholder groups and managing operational detail across multiple products, territories, and regulatory frameworks. Over the past year, I have also developed practical experience applying agentic AI to insurance workflows. I have built public projects using CrewAI, LangGraph, Claude API, RAG, DeepEval, and Langfuse, with a focus on human-in-the-loop design, observability, and audit-ready automation. I am not positioning myself as an ML researcher or fine-tuning specialist. Instead, I apply AI to business problems I already understand deeply from the inside, especially where regulated processes, documentation, and decision support can benefit from structured automation.
