I am a versatile professional with experience across maintenance, retail operations, logistics, customer service, and team supervision.

I have worked in industrial technical maintenance, where I handled preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment and facilities operational.

Before that, I spent several years in retail leadership roles, including cashier supervision, where I managed teams, supported logistics, maintained HR-related processes, and resolved conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

My background also includes customer-facing roles in hospitality and stock management, which strengthened my communication, organization, and service orientation.

I have completed technical training in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising, and I am comfortable using digital tools and collaborating in remote environments with autonomy and proactivity.

I am adaptable, problem-solving oriented, and motivated by new challenges, with a strong foundation in teamwork, operational support, and continuous learning.
