I currently manage the full accounts receivable cycle for three companies, including invoicing, collections, customer account setup, and billing support. I am comfortable serving as a primary point of contact for pricing and billing inquiries and working closely with sales teams. Previously, I led daily operations for an engineering firm, where I improved workflow efficiency, maintained financial records, prepared budgets, and handled payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, and collections. I also supported compliance efforts and helped identify discrepancies through audits. My background also includes healthcare administration and medical assisting, where I worked with electronic medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient intake, and regulatory compliance. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. In addition, I have leadership experience in childcare operations, including staff supervision, curriculum support, parent communication, and regulatory compliance. Across all roles, I have consistently focused on organization, service quality, and dependable execution.
