## About Me

I am a responsible, organized, and creative professional with experience in English language teaching, customer service, and administrative support. I have developed strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset through roles in education, retail, and office environments.

I have worked as an English teacher in universities, academies, and basic education institutions, as well as in private tutoring and independent classes. My background includes supporting students with practical language learning, oral and written English, and teaching methodologies.

In addition to education, I have experience in customer service and administrative tasks, which has strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with different teams. I am comfortable handling responsibilities that require attention to detail and a professional approach.

My academic training includes studies in English as a second language, postgraduate education in English, and ongoing master's studies in English. This has helped me build a solid foundation in pedagogy, language instruction, and educational planning.

I also have experience with digital platforms, office tools, and communication-focused work. I value continuous learning and enjoy applying practical tools that improve teaching, service quality, and productivity.
