I focus on delivering reliable remote technical assistance and solving issues across Windows, Linux, and Android environments. I have hands-on experience troubleshooting OS installation and repair, package and dependency problems, driver and update failures, boot issues, and virtual machine setup and recovery. I am comfortable working through problems methodically and documenting each step clearly. My networking background includes IP addressing, subnetting, routing basics, VLANs, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting. I have built and troubleshot multi-device lab topologies in Cisco Packet Tracer and used that experience to strengthen my support and diagnostic skills.
