## About Me

I am an Administration student at the University of Vigo with practical experience in administrative operations, customer service, claims handling, commercial support, and negotiation.

I have worked in office support and internal communications, contributing to day-to-day administrative tasks and helping teams stay organized and efficient.

My background also includes debt collection and customer contact, where I developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.

In addition, I have experience as a telephone operator in the health plan sector, providing support through phone and chat, handling claims, and following up on medical authorizations.

I am currently based in Vigo and continuing my academic training while looking for opportunities where I can contribute my quick learning ability, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset.

I am especially interested in roles related to administration, customer support, and operational assistance, where I can keep growing professionally and add value from day one.
